SeenBy Digital (Company No. NS0322940-V) is a Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) agency based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. We help businesses become visible to AI-powered search engines including ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.

We only collect data you provide directly to us. This includes:
- Contact information — your name, email address, phone number, and WhatsApp number, when you reach out to us via email, WhatsApp, or any contact form.
- Business information — your company name, website URL, and industry, when you request a GEO audit or engage our services.
- Communications — messages and information you send us as part of an enquiry or client relationship.
We do not collect sensitive personal data as defined under the PDPA, and we do not collect data from third parties without your knowledge.
3. How we use your data
We use your personal data only for the purposes for which it was provided:
- To deliver the GEO audit, reports, and services you requested
- To communicate with you about your enquiry or engagement
- To send relevant updates about your account or our services (not marketing without consent)
- To comply with any legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the following third-party services that may process limited data:
- Vercel — our website is hosted on Vercel, which collects anonymised performance and usage data. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
- Vercel Analytics — we use Vercel's privacy-friendly analytics to understand how visitors use our site. No personally identifiable information is collected.
- WhatsApp — if you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are subject to Meta's privacy policy.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising tracking tools.
6. Cookies
Our website does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We may use essential cookies required for basic site function. No cookie consent banner is shown because no personal data is collected through cookies.
7. Data retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for — typically the duration of our engagement plus a reasonable period after. We securely delete or anonymise data that is no longer needed.
