No. Both plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. You can cancel any time. We'd rather earn your business every month than hold it with a contract.

Which plan should I start with?

Start with the free GEO audit and we'll recommend the right plan based on your score and situation. Basic suits businesses that already have a marketing team. Executive suits businesses that want fully outsourced digital marketing — GEO, content, and social media.

Can I upgrade or downgrade between plans?

Yes. Because there's no lock-in, you can move between plans at any month-end. Most clients start on Basic and move to Executive once they've seen their GEO score improve.

How long before I see GEO results?

Technical fixes like schema markup, robots.txt, and llms.txt can move your GEO score within two to four weeks. Brand authority and citability improvements take two to three months to compound.

Do I need to change my whole website for GEO?

No. Most GEO fixes are additive — we add structured data, create an llms.txt file, update robots.txt, and rewrite specific content blocks. Your existing site stays intact.

I already have an SEO agency. Will GEO conflict with them?

Not at all — we work alongside your current agency. Your SEO agency owns Google. SeenBy Digital owns AI search. They're separate channels. Most of our clients run both.

A GEO score is a 0–100 rating of how visible your business is to AI-powered search tools. How do you report progress?

Monthly. We report on metrics that actually matter — AI mention frequency, GEO score movement across the five dimensions, and lead quality — not vanity traffic numbers. Every action we take is explained and documented.

What is llms.txt and do I need it?

llms.txt is a plain-text file on your website that gives AI systems a structured summary of who you are, what you do, and which pages matter. It's an emerging standard that makes it easier for AI tools to understand and cite your business accurately. It's one of the technical foundations we implement in every GEO engagement.

What is schema markup and why does it matter for AI?

Schema markup is structured data (usually JSON-LD) embedded in your website's code that explicitly tells machines what your business is — your name, location, services, prices, opening hours, and credentials. AI engines use it to understand and trust your business information instead of guessing from page text.

How do I check if my website is blocking AI crawlers?

Visit yourdomain.com/robots.txt and look for rules blocking GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, or Google-Extended. If any of these are disallowed, AI tools can't read your website — which means they can't learn about or recommend your business. This is the single most common GEO problem we find in Malaysian websites.
